The Land
Fifty-two acres of jungle, sitting at the top of the Nauyaca waterfall.
A regenerative sanctuary in the heart of the Diamante Valley, immersed in pristine nature, vibrant fruit forests, majestic bamboo groves and the Baru River, with its clear waters acting as the lower border of this Land.
The land has been held and worked for years. Fruit forests planted, bamboo groves tended, structures built by hand from what grows here. What exists now is the result of that accumulated care, not a development plan executed on a schedule.

HOME Farm was created as a place to steward land responsibly, cultivate meaningful community, and support ways of living grounded in care for the Earth, care for each other, and respectful participation.

The Vision
A living model of regenerative culture.
HOME Farm exists to cultivate a living model of regenerative culture rooted in stewardship, reciprocity, self-responsibility, and reverence for the Earth.
We are a community devoted to shared participation in land stewardship, meaningful work, creative expression, and relational integrity as pathways toward more connected and life-honoring ways of living.
Through land-based living, education, healing arts, ecological stewardship, and regenerative enterprise, we seek to support sovereign individuals and interconnected communities in reclaiming grounded, relational, and regenerative ways of life.
What's here

Grandmother Ceiba
The sacred old-growth ceiba at the foundation of the land — a sentient being, and a filter for all who enter.
River & Waterfall
Clear blue river and waterfall for swimming, sunbathing, and being fully in the water.
Heart Space
The shared center of HOME Farm — where people meet, rest in a hammock, and gather over meals.
Where the paths lead
HOME Farm is open to new stewardship.
What comes next depends on who steps forward. Some will want to purchase the land outright. Others may see a different pathway, whether that's stewardship, a capital partnership, or something not yet named.
We're open to the shape it takes. What every path asks for is the same: someone ready to move, with the means to follow through.

Purchase the property
Fifty-two acres above the Nauyaca waterfall, with a half-acre food forest, working bamboo and lumber infrastructure, and ten cabins already standing. It comes built out — what you do with it from there is yours to decide.
Trustee
A stewardship role within the land trust, holding the land's purpose over time.
